Pictures in Czerńihůw

Hi,

I understand your point. However, I believe pictures should be in right proportion with text. If we have just infobox, city name and to which administrative divison it belongs, one picture in infobox is far enough. If we would like to add anything to the article, we should start from text, then pictures, one for around 2kB of plain text. Otherwise it looks strange and unapropriate.
